Updating on the Khoodeelaar! constitutional law campaign and action against the fundamentally flawed Crassly conceived ‘Crossrail Bill’, the UK draft [=daft!, in context and on the evidence] piece of legislation [now in the formal ‘upper chamber of parliament’ which in reality is the LOWER chamber of parliament but is inaccurately and misleadingly still called the ‘House of Lords’] …..

The Khoodeelaar! Campaign updates this weekend [starting now, with this file being written at 1025 Hrs GMT on Saturday 29 March 2008] include the following:
1. [Khoodeelaar! Reporting on the ‘House of Lords CrossRail Bill Select Committee’ ‘meetings’ held so far in March 2008 ]- an item by item, component by component response to the lying, the false, the unfounded, the untrue, the unfruitful references as contained in the ‘proceedings’ starting at paragraph 3382 of the ‘published report’ of the ‘House of Lords CrossRail Bill Select Committee. The ‘references’ are to the Khoodeelaar! Campaign and to the Khoodeelaar! Campaign organiser ‘Mr Haque’. ALL the references are false. All the addressees either named or implied in those references in those recorded texts are untrue, false, unfounded, baseless and could only have been put there or prtetexted to be there by the operation of what the evidence warrant to be described as a criminally conceived intent to fabricate the records and to undermine the campaign against the CrossRail hole Bill that Khoodeelaar! Represents and has established in the past four years and 3 months. The response will be made in the context of the community in the Brick Lane, Whitechapel, Bethnal Green ‘south’ and Stepney LondonE1 Area in the UK…
2. [Khoodeelaar! contextual update and summary on the anti-social and the anti-democratic, and the pro-corruption role being played in Tower Hamlets under the corrupt clique that is in control of that Council and with particular reference to that clique’s promotion of the agenda that Crossrail hole plot is part of and typical of];

3. Khoodeelaar! No to Crossrail hole plot CAMPIAGN commentary on the corrupting role being played by OFCOM, the so-called regulator of broadcasting in the UK.
Although there are other, less extensive, units and entities to ‘regulate’ aspects of broadcasting in the UK, OFCOM is by far the most powerful of the existing lot and therefore it makes a difference in the standard and the quality of broadcasting that is available to the public in the UK….

We look at OFCOM’s corruption in relation to the outlets that have been given licence to operate in the name of the significantly multi-cultural parts of the population in the UK… and we focus on the need to scrap OFCOM and to replace it with a regulatory system that is at once competent, alert and has a moral, ethical and a democratic capability,…..
